Product was missing a part, beware.I was really excited about this product as well as the Zinus mattress I bought at the same time, and I hate to admit that my experience wasn t the best. As I started to put the frame together I realized I was sent two duplicate pieces leg of bed part of headboard and was therefor missing a piece and could not assemble the bed. I called Zinus customer service and was told to send an email describing the part I needed. I did so. I called back a day later and was told by another person I needed to wait 48 hours for an email response. I called amazon and was told they could only issue a refund if I sent back the heavy product. I called Zinus a third time after 3 days of no response to my email and the third person told me she would fed ex me the missing part right away. I wish that could have happened in my first phone call. So a full week after receiving my bed frame, and sleeping on my new mattress on the floor, I finally received the missing part and put the frame together. The actual product feels sturdy and I am happy with it. But the whole experience was a pain.
