color and quality as appears on websiteBEautiful rich color and great carving. Be aware it attaches to wall, not bed. A little tricky to hang so it lines up, so you need a level, etc. We used different hardware than what comes with it. Also, it is very large, so you need to decide if you are going to hide half of it behind the bed like a usual headboard, or show it all off as I did. see pix
