Sleeping soundly for the first time in a long time*****Update It s been about six months. Recently I had a pinched nerve in my back and some pretty severe pain. Physical therapy helped. But at night my back would ache - unless I set my adjustable bed to the zero gravity position and slept that way. It was perfect support which allowed my back to recover. As an added bonus, no more sleep apnea and it helps relieve edema by elevating my legs while I watch TV or read. Still loving this bed.
