Silke Grainger: Manufacturing defects

The product arrived with manufacturing defects cracks and tears in the wood in multiple places not done by shipping or handling as the product box was not damaged. Kinks and bad paint in multiple external and visible spots as well. After unpacking all of the pieces and speaking to the manufacturer we did not have the choice of packing them back up and sending them back as we had guests arriving and we didn t see all of the cracks until everything was already laid out and deboxed. We could have never packaged it back up in the same box. We asked for a discount instead but did not get one. I would not advise paying this price for this quality product. We had to glue pieces to make sure the product doesn t fall apart and if a kid jumped on it when open and in a bed, I don t think it would stay in one piece. Some pics attached just show cosmetic issues not the structural problems.
