This product has many positive reviews across other sites, which is why I decided to purchase it. I was a little worried with the shipment due to others receiving the item with slight damage during the shipping process, but I received it in excellent condition, without a scratch. The box alone is heavy, so I opened it outside and carried the items inside separately. Plan to have at least 2 people if you need to carry the box inside. Me and one other person put this together in about an hour, and we are more than satisfied with how it looks. I would highly recommend putting a box spring underneath, as you ll find your mattress sitting quite low to the ground if you don t have one. We currently have a 9 inch box spring and 10 inch hybrid memory foam mattress, and it s the perfect height. I would highly recommend this product at the 299 price point. The only small issue that bothers me is that the metal creaks on one side when getting in and out of the bed, but I m hoping that will go away over time as it settles.
