bigcat: Looks great, quality just ok

This bed looks great, but after a few months the wood rail pulled out of the side board. It was screwed low on the side board allowing the screws to pull themselves through the bottom of the side board. I was able to place the rail back on with some nails and reinforced the back of the rail with wood glue. I also cut some new slats because the ones that came with it were flemsy. After a few hours I had it fixed, but after shipping the bed cost about 700. You think it would last longer before needing repairs.
