The seller New Rooms Direct was delightfully helpful prior to and after the purchase. I asked several questions and their customer support was timely in their response, and helpful in accommodating my request. The free mattresses were comfortable, and at my request they allowed me to have separate thickness firmness mattresses 10 mattress and 12 mattress . I wasn t exactly sure how I d match the two beds together so that they d be even on top since one was 2 thicker than the other but the CSR told me to just adjust the twin frame legs of the 10 mattress 2 inches higher than the frame that the 12 mattress would rest on, and they matched together nicely.
