I received the frame to my bed without the appropriate screws to assemble it, and without the necessary 6 spindles for the bed. I emailed the company through Amazon and was told I would receive an answer within two business days. Not only did I not hear back from the company, but when I tried to assemble the bed myself with screws from a hardware store, I realized that the bottom half of the headboard was missing. I am unbeliavably dissatisfied and infuriated by this faulty product and the lack of basic customer service. I tried to speak to someone on the phone about this and the number the company provided for urgent matters was no longer in service. Do not buy this product. Way too much of a risk.
