Hung ours on the wallLoooove this headboard. We ve had it about a month or 2 now. It s well-cushioned, comfy to lean on while watching TV or reading, it s just the right height, good tufting, and it s a beautiful color I got french brown . The fabric is just right in my opinion, but that s a matter of preference. It s not SUPER soft, but it is soft enough, and softer than I expected it to be. Kind of looks like burlap, but a lot softer.
