Each Hanger style panel measures L 21.5 x W 2 x H 36 and weighs approximately 12 lbs. The full double size headboard includes a smaller panel L 12.5 x W 2 x H 36 and weighs 8 lbs. We install two D-rings on the back, along with an e-flute pad for a clean finish.
The number of panels required depends on the size of the bed
The metal hangers can hold up to 20 lbs each. They work very well on drywall.
The Hanger style headboards are mounted on the wall. The height can be adjusted to your convenience.

Not as great as I hopedWhen we first received the product, the smell of the stain was very strong. So, we thought we would let it sit out and see if airing it out might relieve the smell. Unfortunately, it did not. The smell of the stain and chemicals used is very strong. Our pillows now smell like the headboard just for sitting up against it for about 1 hour. Our bedroom smells strongly of the stain, as well.
