S.R.: Bunk bed gets the job done but it s light duty

We have had it for around a month and the kids love it. That said, it has pretty severe weight restrictions on it. It also came with some dented pieces and some improperly finished pieces rough like sand paper but stained . All in all it will do the job but it left me wishing we had purchased something made of a hard wood, like Oak, instead.
