Caroline: Defective Product

When my product arrived, I checked all the pieces and the fabric looked great and arrived in good condition. As a solo gal, I spent over an hour putting the bed frame together by myself - it was easy enough, and the instructions were simple. However, one of the screw holes was defective and the screws would not fit into it. Every other part of the bed worked fine, but this one specifically was not properly drilled out for assembly. I am extremely disappointed, as I spent almost two hours of labor and Amazon will not send me a replacement piece. In order to get a refund, I will have to spend equal time taking apart the bed, just to send it back and get a new one delivered to re-start the process. I am going to try a few methods to attempt a fix, but have low expectations. Very disappointed, as this is a beautiful piece. Be wary...
